FINALLY Monday was here and the BIG day had arrived--DISNEYLAND! We were BEYOND excited to be there! The girls had no idea what to expect, but they knew it would be GREAT! Right after we got there we saw the first character sightings of the trip and they girls were soooooo cute! They were so excited to have each one sign their autograph book I had made for them. Even little Em (who was finally starting to feel better) LOVED seeing all the different characters all dressed up! At one point, we happened upon a bunch of princesses going backstage somewhere to switch shifts, and they said they weren't supposed to stop on their way, but Sleeping Beauty when she looked at Mae in total awe of her said "Oh, how can I resist that face?" and gave all of the kids some love. We are sneaky aren't we?

All in all day 1 of Disneyland was better than we could have expected! We were exhausted but LOVED every second of it!
